Each coaching session is your time to dig deep into anything that's on your mind.
You can have these sessions recorded and shared with you or bring a pencil and paper to jot down notes or work through thoughts during our time together.
Tips for the most effective session:
-Be in a quite place where you won't be disturbed.
-Arrive on time with a clear idea of what you wan to be coached on.
-Turn off your cell phone or set it to don not disturb so you won't be distracted.
