Let's get you set up for success
with this short video

Set Yourself up for Success
Do some prep work to get the most out of this experience.
Print the Meditation Experience Guide today and use the calendar to write down the times you’ll commit to this experience.
I designed each day to take no more than 15 minutes. That includes the video, meditation, and time to journal about your experience.
Each morning this week, I'll send you an email with a link to the new meditation and lesson. You can also find this in your member area.
Taking the time to look through your guide today and write down your plan will make all the difference in your ability to do the meditations daily.
You decide what works for you then write it down and commit to it.
Write Down Your Why
When you can connect to why you decided to do this for yourself, it makes following through that much easier.
On the first page of your meditation guide, you'll find a space to write down your why.
Once you download the guide, fill that in.
With your why clear and top of mind, creating time for you will feel even better.
Decide on Your Space & Time
Decide what time and space you will use for your meditations and set up your space in a way that brings you a sense of calm.
Maybe put candles, aromatherapy, a cozy blanket, or a big pillow in your space.
Whatever feels cozy, calm, and intentional to you.
Don't forget to put your Meditation Guide and a pen in that space so you can write your thoughts as soon as you're done each day.
