Weeks 1–4: Building Your Nutritional Foundation


We begin by gently restoring the most important relationship of all, your connection with your body. You’ll learn how your metabolic terrain works, and how to use food as a gentle support for your hormones and post-menopausal health.

If you’ve been feeling confused about what to eat, constantly tired, or unsure how to rebuild your strength after breast cancer, this phase brings clarity and confidence back to your plate.

You’ll walk away knowing how to nourish your body without guessing or restricting, and it will start to feel good to eat again.

Weeks 5–8: Calming Symptoms & Supporting Strength

This phase is all about relief and resilience. You’ll learn how to reduce hot flashes naturally, use nutrition to calm your nervous system, and gently support a healthy weight without diets or pressure.

We also begin building strength—physically and emotionally—so your body feels more supported and capable every day.


If you’ve been struggling with hot flashes, anxiety, stubborn weight, or the feeling that your body just isn’t bouncing back, this phase will bring you tools to feel more grounded, empowered, and physically stronger.
