What You'll Learn In This 16-Week Experience...
Pillar 1 - Release
In this Pillar we'll focus on:
- Letting go of the urge to return to normal
- Practicing self-compassion and holding space for your emotions
- Releasing resistance, processing negative emotions, and experiencing post-traumatic growth
Letting go of conditioned thinking, unrealistic expectations, and thoughts that aren't useful is the foundation of growth and healing. By the end of this module, you'll have a new level of awareness about how you get stuck and what you can do to move forward in your life.
Pillar 2 - Renew
In this Pillar we'll focus on:
- Connecting to your body and learning to love it, maybe for the first time ever
- Caring for your body from a place of self-compassion rather than discipline and deprivation
- Restoring a sense of calm and supporting yourself from the inside out
Diets, willpower, and fighting don't support healing. By the end of this module, you'll have a new perspective on your relationship with food and your perspective of your body.
Pillar 3 - Regroup
In this Pillar we'll focus on:
- Breaking the protective barrier and cultivating healthy relationships
- Understanding and supporting healthy boundaries with yourself and others
- Learning how your beliefs about others create stress in relationships and how to change that.
Support and community are powerful parts of a healthy life. By the end of this module, you'll have a new perspective on your role in your most important relationships and how to make them even better.
Pillar 4 - Revive
In this pillar we'll focus on:
- Recognizing your talents, gifts, and passions
- Getting clear on what you want your life to look like and how to create that vision
- Intentionally creating joy in your life
Committing to yourself and embracing your power to create the life you want is everything! By the end of this module, you'll be clear on how to create joy, embrace your passion and create space to embrace what you love in this life.

I'm Laura Lummer
After a diagnosis and treatment for breast cancer in 2011, I was blown away by how difficult it was to get back to life, to feel normal, and to stop fighting with my own body. I started on a journey to figure out how to heal because I couldn't find any resource or any doctor to give me the support I was looking for.
That journey led me on a path to becoming a Certified, Life, Health, and Nutrition Coach and a Metabolic Terrain Advocate. I started a podcast to support women like me who felt like they were drowning in life after breast cancer and desperately needed support, hope, and guidance. I developed coaching programs for survivors, and it was the power of all that I experienced in those years that carried me through a diagnosis of a stage 4 recurrence in 2020.
Breast cancer impacts far too many lives. But, it is only one part of the big, beautiful experience of life, and you can learn how to shift your mind, feel all that you've been through, and still create a life that's better than before breast cancer.
