Meditation is a practice which means, the more you do it, the better it's going to work  for you. I know it's tough to create a habit of doing something new consistently but, if you went to the effort of getting this recording, that tells me you feel like you need it.

So, as soon as you finish reading this, break out your smart phone or your desk calendar or whatever tool you use to manage your life, and schedule in 15 minutes a day (with a reminder alarm) to do this meditation.
If you can't do it daily then do it at least 3 times a week so you can start to benefit from the change in your mindset.
